- The Faculty Academic Affairs Office serves as a liaison between the University, the Faculty, and students. It communicates and responds to parents’ inquiries regarding students’ academic matters within the Faculty.
- Students may contact the Faculty Academic Affairs Office for the following matters:
- Assistance with academic issues (course registration, guidance on equivalent or replacement courses, etc.);
- Consultation and support in resolving academic concerns or difficulties during their studies;
- Reception, consultation, and information regarding the Faculty’s academic programs;
- Planning academic schedules and student activities for students;
- Dissemination of academic regulations, examination policies, and student benefits; and guidance on procedures for obtaining official documents in accordance with established regulations;
- Reviewing the list of students with outstanding tuition fees and reminding them accordingly;
- Announcing class schedules to students;
- Monitoring students’ semester academic results and notifying those placed on academic warning;
- Processing requests for transfer to another institution or return to their local area due to special circumstances, health conditions, or dismissal resulting from failure to meet academic and conduct requirements.
