 MASTER’S PROGRAM

1. Objectives: To train Master’s graduates in Mechanical Engineering (Kỹ thuật cơ khí) with:

·        Strong fundamental and specialized knowledge in: Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Thermal Engineering.

·        Ability to conduct applied research on modern technologies and develop complex mechanical systems.

·        Critical and creative thinking, international communication, and management skills.

·        2. Overview:

·        Quota: twenty students/year.

·        Admission: Admission by application (2 intakes/year).

·        Orientations: Research-oriented (requires a "Good" degree or published research) and Application-oriented.

·        Credits: 30–60 credits (depending on whether the applicant holds a Bachelor's or Engineer's degree).

·        Language Requirement: Input Level B1, Output Level B2 (Common European Framework/Equivalent).

·        3. Specialization Tracks:

·        Mechatronics: Design, analysis, and simulation of mechatronic/micro-mechatronic systems and robotics.

·        Machine Manufacturing: Research on advanced technologies, machine design optimization, and simulation.

·        Thermal Engineering: Design of thermal/refrigeration systems and optimization of renewable energy (wind/solar).

4. Employers:

Current Demand: Many large enterprises are actively recruiting personnel for positions such as workshop managers, factory managers, and production system managers.

Research and Development (R&D): Opportunities in R&D focusing on Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronics, and Thermal Engineering.

Target Enterprises: Major corporations such as Bosch, Vinamilk, Unilever, SKF, Schaeffler, and more, as well as various small and medium-sized enterprises.

Academia and Research: Lecturers at colleges and universities. Researchers at various research institutes.
